If you’re going to the PCI SSC 2025 North America Community Meeting, you’re about to experience one of the most important events in compliance management. The annual conference is being held September 16-18 in Fort Worth, Texas — and TCT will be there.
The PCI Community Meeting is three days of connecting, discovery, updates from the Council, regional community speakers, merchants, industry experts, and more. It’s a must-attend event for anyone involved with the PCI DSS compliance standard — whether you’re a QSA, a compliant organization, or a vendor to compliant organizations.

Stay on the Bleeding Edge of PCI DSS Developments and Innovations
The PCI Community Meeting gives you a unique opportunity to stay on top of all the new developments and innovations going on in the payment card industry. Start by reviewing the tracks. The PCI conference has different tracks on the agenda, which cover various topics or interests. So if you’re interested in a specific topic, it’s easy to discover the best talks to meet your conference goals.
At the conference, you can expect plenty of sessions and conversations swirling around the future of AI. Presenters will also break down various topics that impact the card industry.
Ask what tools people are leveraging. Come with a list of resources you want to get connected to. Find out what your colleagues are experimenting with and how they’ve tackled tough compliance challenges.
Visit the Tech Talks
The Tech Talks at the PCI Community Meeting provide a fantastic opportunity to discover some incredible solutions that will make your compliance life much easier. Tech Talks are 20-minute sessions that include Q&A, live technology demonstrations, and insightful thought leadership on trending issues related to PCI.
TCT is presenting a Tech Talk on Better Ways to Manage Complicated Compliance Engagements, on September 17 at 4:20 pm. One of the big challenges for many organizations is maintaining sanity when you have added complexity to the typical PCI compliance hurdles. This is especially true of organizations with multiple locations, subsidiary companies, or multiple compliance standards.
That’s where TCT Portal shines. It can build tremendous efficiencies into the most complex and chaotic security and compliance programs. I hope you’ll sit in on the talk and find out how TCT Portal can make complex compliance engagements suck less.

Connect (And Reconnect) with People
The sessions and Tech Talks are all great, but if it comes down to it, spend the time in conversations and make the most of every interaction. You can always listen to a session recording later, and some of the most valuable learning comes not from the talks (which are filled with extremely valuable information), but from the one-on-one conversations in the hallway and coffee tabletops.
The PCI conference is always a great opportunity to see old friends, make new friends, and learn about what’s going on in the industry. It’s one of the highlights of my year, because I love talking with people on the Council and with contacts at card brands. And we always enjoy talking with folks at our booth in the Vendor Showcase.
The PCI conference is different from other compliance events. Because everyone is directly involved in the payment card industry, it’s a tight group. Friendships are made and maintained that last for years — even decades.
The PCI conference is made up of about a thousand pretty cool people who are all eager to support each other and help one another out. If this is your first time at the PCI Community Meeting, make sure you make plenty of new connections and ask plenty of questions — you’ll find all the help you need, and more.
Several members on the TCT team will be on hand at the booth in the Vendor Showcase, and we’d be happy to chat about anything you have on your mind — whether it’s discussing compliance challenges you’re facing, platform features that you’re looking for, or stories from the front lines. It’s always rewarding to learn more about the support that professionals need in their daily compliance lives.
Walk the Vendor Showcase
Whenever I go to the PCI conference, I spend time just walking the floor and talking with other vendors. It’s great to reconnect with old contacts and to discover new companies that are entering the industry.
You’ll find a ton of vendors at the Vendor Showcase. Be sure to make use of this opportunity to talk to vendors and learn about their solutions. In my experience, I’ve found the teams at these booths to be motivated to provide knowledgeable tips that make compliance teams more successful.
Don’t be afraid to approach the TCT booth — we won’t try to trap you with a sales pitch. Instead, we simply like to get to know people better — and if we can help, then awesome. Often, these conversations often turn into valuable long term relationships.
True to form, we’ll be easy to find with a cheeky backdrop that’s likely to gain some attention! Several of our best people will be on hand to greet you, get to know you, and answer any questions you may have. While you’re there, you can see a working demo of TCT Portal and discover the details of our brand-new functional release which is dropping just in advance of the conference.
The goal of TCT, from the very beginning, has always been to help people conquer the chaos of compliance management. If you’re trying to find a way to make compliance management more efficient, reduce overtime, and eliminate duplicate manual efforts, then stop by and see what we have to offer.
Let’s Meet at the PCI Community Meeting!
TCT is also big on mixing and mingling. We’ll be doing plenty of networking and hanging out, and we’d love to spend time connecting (or reconnecting) with you. Reach out and let’s grab a coffee, lunch, or a cocktail.
You’ll also be able to find us at a few networking events during the conference.
